What if I don't have my content ready?
Honest answer: the 5-day countdown starts when your content arrives. If you don't have copy ready, we either pause until you do, or you can add our copywriting service and we'll handle that part.

Can I see designs before you build?
We design directly in Squarespace, not in static mockups. The reason: mockups always look better than the final site, then clients are disappointed. By designing in the actual platform, what you see is what you get.
You get a private preview link by Day 4 to walk through everything before launch — that's your design review point.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited revisions during the revision period (3 days for Launchpad, 5 days for Growth, 7 days for Premium). Within agreed scope, change layouts, copy, colors — whatever you need.
What "in scope" means: the pages we agreed on at the start. Adding new pages or expanding the project is handled as paid add-ons so timelines stay predictable.
What if 5 days isn't realistic for my project?
The Growth package is 7 days, Premium is 10. The 5-day promise is for Launchpad (5-page site).
If your scope genuinely needs more time — say a complex e-commerce build with custom integrations — we'll quote a realistic timeline upfront. We'd rather under-promise than rush and ship broken work.
Do I need to be online during the build?
No, but quick replies help. The faster you respond to the homepage direction approval (Day 1) and revision requests (Day 4), the smoother things move.
If you're traveling or have a busy week, just tell us upfront and we'll adjust the timeline — no problem.
What happens if I'm not happy with the result?
That's what the revision period is for. If something's not working, tell us. We iterate until you're genuinely happy — that's the entire premise of "unlimited revisions."
If after honest revisions we're truly not aligned (rare, but it happens), we'll discuss options including partial refunds. Your satisfaction matters more than collecting full payment on misaligned work.
How do payments work?
40% upfront to start, 60% on final delivery. We use PayPal, Wise, or direct bank transfer depending on your country.
