Prana Flow Studio
Yoga, Movement & Retreat
How we approached Prana Flow Studio
Prana Flow Studio had been running for six years with a full class schedule and a retreat programme that sold out by word of mouth. Their website was a five-year-old free theme that new students were finding off-putting — too corporate, too cold, not at all what the studio felt like in person.
The design needed to capture the quality of stillness the studio created — dusty rose and sage, Gilda Display for its graceful, feminine character, and a full interactive timetable so new students could see exactly what was available before committing to their first class.
Deliverables
Typography: Gilda Display for headlines · Mulish for body copy and UI text
Dusty rose as the studio signature
#e8c4c4 is immediately recognisable as Prana Flow — it appears in the hero, the announcement bar, and throughout. Distinctive, warm, unmistakably theirs.
Sage for grounding
#8aaa84 balances the softness of the rose with a natural, earthy stability. Together they create a palette that feels both gentle and rooted.
Gilda Display for elegance
The refined, graceful serif captures the quality and femininity of the brand without being overly decorative. Every headline feels intentional.
Interactive timetable in the hero
A live class schedule in the hero section is the single most important conversion element on a studio site. New visitors immediately see what's available this week.
Retreat as a premium product
The retreat section is treated as a separate, elevated experience — its own layout, its own visual weight, and its own waitlist CTA.
Teacher cards as trust anchors
In yoga, students often choose their teacher first. Prominent teacher profiles with specialties, photos, and short bios drove direct session bookings.
"Our studio finally has a website that feels like walking through our front door. The retreat sold out in two days — we've never had that happen before."
